Do I need a skin consultation?

Yes, all of our clients begin their skin journey with a skin consultation, to create a custom treatment plan and skincare recommendations and advice to ensure unparalleled results.

What treatment should I book?

We have a ‘Decide on the day” option when booking online so that you can book the time you prefer and we can discuss what is best suited to you when you come into clinic for your treatment.

How do I make an appointment?

You can book online through our website or social media platforms 24/7 and view real-time availability. Can’t see a time available that suits you? We have a waitlist option for you to add to that automatically notifys you if the time you prefer becomes available.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free street parking around our clinic depending on availability, please ensure enough time to find parking in time for your appointment.

Is there pregnancy and breastfeeding treatments and skincare routines?

Yes, please let your therapist know so we can tailor your treatments and skincare routines for pregnancy and breast feeding.

Can I bring my child?

Due to the operation of medical-grade skin treatments devices, we are unable to accommodate children in our clinic. Children cannot be left unsupervised in the clinic at any time, so please ensure all appointments are scheduled with this in mind.

I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel/reschedule your appointment 24/7 online through your booking email by selecting ‘manage my appointment or by logging into our booking platform app ‘Fresha’

How to prepare for my treatment?

Please avoid using AHA/BHA products for 48 hours before your appointment, and refrain from getting injectables for at least 14 days prior. Additionally, we cannot treat sunburned skin, open wounds or active cold sores, so please reschedule if these apply.

What aftercare do I need?

Avoid certain products: No AHA/BHA products 48 hours before and after treatments. If you arrive with these on, we won’t be able to treat you, and you’ll lose your booking fee.   

Skip exfoliation: Don’t use exfoliating products or get waxing/laser hair removal for 5-7 days after treatment.

Protect your skin: Avoid direct sun during recovery and always wear SPF before and after all facial treatments

Limit activities: No heavy exercise, saunas, swimming, or steam rooms for 24-48 hours. No waxing or hair removal on the treated area for 7 days.

Can I purchase skincare products at your clinic?

Yes, we have a wide range of cosmeceutical skincare ranges available in clinic.

Do you offer Gift certificates

Yes, you can purchase online or in clinic. If purchasing online you will receive the voucher emailed to you automatically. Gift cards can be used on any of our services and skincare products.

What is your cancellation policy?

The Beauty Plan adheres to a 48-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. No shows, cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours before any appointment will incur a 100% booking fee charge. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
